摘要 血尿素氮是评定运动员身体机能和运动负荷的重要指标,在运动训练中有广泛的应用。研究以30名国家皮划艇运动员为监测对象,探讨了皮划艇运动员小周期训练过程中运动负荷与血尿素氮(BUN)之间的关系。结果发现,男子运动员血尿素氮(BUN)的基础值为5.17±0.77mmol/L,女子运动员血尿素氮(BUN)基础值为4.72±0.61mmol/L,并且BUN的数值在训练期间表现出一些变化特征。在今后的实际训练中,可根据BUN的的变化特征结合皮划艇项目不同阶段的特点为训练负荷提供科学理论依据。 The blood urea nitrogen is a useful index in evaluating the physiological function and training load . It has been widespread applied in the movement training. According to the test on 30 canoeing athletes, this research has discussed the relation between canoeing athlete physiological load and the BUN during short cycle training period. The result shows that male athlete blood urea nitrogen (BUN) foundation value for ,5. 17± 0. 77mmol/L, female athlete blood urea nitrogen (BUN) foundation value for 4. 72±0. 61mmol/L, and also shows the change characteristic of BUN value during training period. It can depend on the change characteristics of BUN during short cycle training period and help provide scientific grounds for the training load.
