随着高校毕业生就业制度改革的深入,高职院校学生的择业观也发生了深刻的变化。一方面,市场意识深入人心,"双向选择、自主择业"的观念逐渐为他们所接受;另一方面,他们受传统择业观念及一些错误思想观念的影响,择业观出现了明显的偏差。各种因素相互作用,使高职学生的择业观呈现出多样化的态势。要对他们的择业观做深入细致的研究,分析其择业观的现状和特点,在此基础上,才能对他们进行更好的就业指导。

With the development of market economy and the employment system reform of college graduates,great changes have taken place in higher vocational and technical college students＇ profession choosing views.On one hand,the conception of double direction choosing and independent choosing has been gradually accepted by people.On the other hand,some traditional and wrong ideas have created distinct deviation of the students＇ views on profession choosing.Owing to these factors,diversifications of vicws appear.In order to study and think of the views deeply and thoroughly,analyses ofthe current situation and features of great necessity.
