摘要
对宽度超过3300mm的超宽钢板,在铁路平装运输时需考虑超限问题。介绍了国外运输超宽钢板常采用的专用车或钢制座架斜装方式运输,以降低超限运输等级。同时阐述了国内专用钢制座架的研发、试验情况,认为在我国现有条件下,超宽钢板运输宜采用可回收的钢座架装运方式,待铁路运力紧张局面缓解、超宽钢板铁路运量较大时,可逐步考虑采用专用车运输。
As for transport of super-wide steel plate over 3 300 mm, the problem of out-of-gauge needs consideration. This paper introduces the special car for super-wide steel plate or the method of placing it on inclined steel support, which are generally used in foreign railways and could lower the classification of out-of-gauge transport. Meanwhile, it expounds the research, development and test conditions of domestic special steel support, and suggests that under the current domestic condition, it is better for the transport of steel plate to use recyclable steel support, and phase in special car when the tense railway capacity is relieved and transport of steel plate increases remarkably.
