中国首个集装箱无人堆场装卸工艺方案研究 被引量:5

摘要 介绍中国港口第一个集装箱自动化无人堆场,并详细讨论其先进的装卸工艺方案——创新设计的高架轨道龙门吊(DRMG)、低架轨道龙门吊(CRMG)与缓冲平台相结合的接力式装卸系统。通过自动化无人堆场,可以实现集装箱"多次装卸,一次集拼"的高效作业模式;堆高能力从现有堆4(标准箱高)过5提高到堆8过9。与现有国际先进集装箱码头的各种装卸工艺相比,能够显著提高堆场的装卸效率,大大降低运营成本。 The First Automatic Container Yard with automatic handling system in relay is discussed particularly, no operator in China is presented, and the advanced which is an innovated process procedure using two new types of RMGs (i.e. DRMG & CRMG) and buffer platform. The efficient operation mode of "many times' handling and one-time collection" is realized. The stacking capacity is improved from 1 over 4 to 1 over 8. Comparing with currently advanced automation technology in the world, it can improve greatly the yard handling efficiency and reduce remarkably the operation cost.
