摘要
黄骅港是我国西煤东运第二大通道的出海口,与神木煤炭、朔黄铁路等构成新型能源开发的系统工程。由于自然条件的特殊性和计划经济的影响,一些重要建设目标已不适应市场发展的需要。为提高效益、加快速度、应对航道施工中回淤等,建设方案进行一系列优化探索。
Being the coal export port of the secondly large passage for "China's Coal Transportation from the West to the East", Huanghua Port together with Shenmu Coal Mine and Suhuang Railway form a system engineering of new-type energy development. Due to the specific natural conditions and under the influence of the planned economy, some key construction targets (:ould not meet the requirement of market development any longer. In order to improve the benefit and speed up the development speed, a series of optimization probe into the construction scheme for siltation of waterway construction were carried out.
