宫颈上皮内瘤变CD4^+、CD8^+表达及其与HPV16的关系

Study on the expressions of CD4^+、CD8^+ T cell and HPV16 in human cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and its relationship with HPV16 infection

摘要 目的探讨CD4+、CD8+、HPV16在宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)组织中的表达及其对人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)疫苗选择指引的意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测CD4+、CD8+、HPV16在30例CINI、42例CINⅡ~Ⅲ及10例正常宫颈组织中的表达。结果CD4+、CD8+在CIN-I组及CINⅡ~Ⅲ组的表达显著低于正常宫颈组(P<0.05);HPV16表达在CINI组及CINⅡ~Ⅲ组的表达显著高于正常宫颈组(P<0.05,P<0.01);CD4+、CD8+在CIN的表达与HPV16表达有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论CD4+、CD8+表达下调在HPV16导致宫颈癌前病变进展过程中起作用,对进行疫苗治疗的指引标记物选择中有参考意义。 Objective To investigate the expression of CD4^+.CD8^+ T cell and HPV16 in cervical intraepithehal neoplasia (CIN) and it's value of HPV vaccine selection. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used for detection of the expression of CD4^+.CD8^+ T cell and HPV16 in 30 CIN-Ⅰ, 42 CINⅡ-Ⅲ and 10 normal cervical tissue specimens. Results The singificant low expression of CD4^+.CD8^+ T cell in CIN were observed as compared with that in normal group (P〈0.05). Expressions of HPV16 in CIN was significant higher than that in normal group. HPV16 infection influent CD4^+.CD8^+ T cell expression in CIN. Conclusions Down regulated expression of CD4^+.CD8^+ T cel may play a role in Occurrence of cervical neoplasma due to HPV16 infection and it is of reference value in selectio of guiding markers in treatemnt with vaccine.
