摘要 电源是移动机器人控制系统的重要组成部分,电源的控制质量直接影响到系统的性能和硬件的使用寿命。本文提出了一种适用于移动机器人的电源设计,新颖实用且具有过流保护、欠压报警、反接保护和电池/外接电源自动切换等功能,详细论述了工作原理,并给出了具体电路图。该电源已成功地应用于自主越障移动机器人控制系统中,验证了其良好的安全性和稳定性。 Power is one important part of mobile robot control system and power control quality directly influences system performance and hardware's service life. This paper proposes one design of multifunction power suitable for mobile robot, which is novel and practical. Its function includes over-current protection, under voltage alarm, reverse connection protection, automatic switching between battery and external power and so on. Working principle of power and concrete circuit diagrams are also displayed. The power was successfully applied in autonomous obstacle negotiating mobile robot control system and its good capability such as safety and stability was verified.
