Identification of the Mutation Site of AcMNPV Big Cubic Mutant

纯化了３株在共转染后形成正常多角体的病毒株，提取其病毒ＤＮＡ，并对其做了ＥｃｏＲⅠ、ＢｇｌⅡ酶切分析；克隆含多角体蛋白基因的ＥｃｏＲⅠＩ片段并进行序列测定，证实了此病毒株为回复突变株．

Three strains of recombinant virus which produce normal polyhedra after cotransfection was plaque purified. Viral DNA was analyzed with Eco R Ⅰ and Bgl Ⅱ; The Eco RⅠ I fragments which cover the polyhedrin gene were cloned and sequenced.It is thus proved that these viruses were reverse mutant.
