摘要
用光镜和彩色图像分析系统对鲫鱼(♀)尾部不同节段脊髓中神经分泌细胞——Dahlgren细胞形态计量学的季节性变化进行了研究。结果发现,尾部最后12~10节脊椎中脊髓的Dahlgren细胞和胞核的大小在春夏间明显减小,此后逐季增大,与卵巢年周期性的发育同步;而3~1节的细胞与前者的不同在于其减小过程要延缓到夏秋之间的产卵后期。再者,前者的胞体较大,胞核较小,后者的胞体较小,胞核较大,从而提示它们是两种不同类型的细胞。
The caudal neurosecretory system of crucian carp (carassius auratus) in different vertebrae was studied by means of the color image analysis system.The seasonal changes of morphology of Dahlgren cell in the caudal neurosecretory system of the female crucian carp were as follows:The size of Dahlgren cell and its nucleus in the reciprocaly 12th to 10th caudal spinal cord became smaller obviously between spring and summer.Then,they became larger with seasons,and with the development of the ovary at the same time.However,in the reciprocaly 3rd to 1st caudal spinal cord,the size of Dahlgren cell and its nucleus became smaller between summer and autumn.Furthermore,the cell of the former was larger than the latter,but the nucleus of the former was smaller than the latter.Thus,they were different kinds of cells.
