摘要 针对现今产品设计表达策略的弊端,运用公理化设计理论对大批量定制的创新设计意图进行分析,将产品概念开发过程中产生的知识分为4类,即设计域、曲折映射、独立性公理和信息公理.通过产品族配置模型的意图表示和信息映射机制,建立公理化意图驱动的产品族配置模型,通过该模型解决了产品开发过程中设计人员之间交互公理一致性的问题,并运用其表达产品设计意图和产品设计参数间的域映射关系,为设计者能在众多复杂的设计方案中快速做出正确的选择提供了工具.结合企业具体应用,将上述理论应用于电梯产品开发中,有效地提高了对客户需求的响应速度,取得了良好的经济效益. The creative design intent of mass customization was analyzed using axiomatic design aiming at the disadvantage of product design expression. The knowledges of product conceptual development process were classified as four clusters, namely, the design realm, the flection mapping, the independence axiom and the information axiom. The product family configuration model driven by axiomatic intent was established by using the intent express and information mapping technology. Then the integrity problems of interaction axioms among designers in product development process were solved. The realm mapping relation of product design intents and design parameters was expressed by the model, which provided the tool for designer to rapidly make the correct choice from many complex design schemes. The application in the elevator development shows that the method can faster respond customer requirements and achieve good economic benefits.
