摘要 针对多腔模流道布局设计问题,从逻辑与图形相结合的角度出发,提出了流道单元的概念,对多种流道产品实例布局的单元化分解和归一化处理,得到包含最基本流道布局信息的单元化结构,并将其作为布局设计的基本单位;根据单元间的关联约束,建立了流道布局模型网络模型和矢量模型.研究了布局建模的参数计算、模型构建与结构映射3个步骤,以及自顶向下和自底向上两种布局建模方法,讨论了布局模型的变型与重构技术,开发了建模软件系统.应用表明,单元化布局建模方法能够快速完成多腔模流道的设计. The concept of runner unit and the correlation constraint between units were presented by combining logic and graph aiming at the design problem of runner layout in multi-cavity mould. Unitized structures carrying the basic information of runner layout were obtained and applied as the basic unit for layout design by decomposing normalizing real runner products. The network model and vector model of runner layout were established based on the runner unit. Three steps of calculating parameter, layout modeling and structure mapping and two layout modeling methods of top-down and bottom-up were studied. The deformation and reconstruction of layout model were discussed and a software system for layout modeling was developed. The application results show that the unitization modeling method can quickly complete the design of runner in multi-cavity mould.
