摘要
本文描述了内填钢板与边框采用高强螺栓和焊接混合连接钢板剪力墙试件的试验过程。一个试件的内填钢板仅在上下侧与边框焊接连接,另一个四周采用栓焊混合连接,二者内填板中部均采用高强螺栓拼接。给出了试件的刚度、强度、延性和耗能指标。试验结果表明四周连接试件具有良好的耗能能力,内填钢板能有效发挥其抗侧能力,而上下侧连接试件的性能稍强于纯框架。与同尺度的全焊接试件相比,栓焊混合连接试件的初始刚度较低,极限承载力相近,变形能力和耗能能力增强。这是螺栓连接处存在相对滑移和局部变形的结果。工程应用时宜根据结构性能需求采用不同的连接方式。
Experiment process of steel plate shear wall (SPSW) specimens with inner-plates is welded-bolted to surrounding moment-resisting frame is presented. Inner panel of one specimen was welded to the outer frame at top and bottom edge, the other was welded-bolted along all the perimeter of the frame, both of them was spliced with high strength bolts in the mid span. The results of initial stiffness, ultimate load-carrying capacity, ductility and energy dissipation have been figured out. It shows that four-side connected specimen has satisfactory energy dissipation capacity and sufficiently developed tension field. The capacity of the two side connected specimen is slightly stronger than frame. Comparing weld specimens of the same dimension, initial stiffness of the welded-bolted specimen is lower, the ultimate load-carrying capacity is similar, and the energy dissipation and deformation is higher. It is attributed to the relative slip and local deformations at bolt attach point. Different connection methods may be considered according to capacity-demand in practical application.
