上颌窦囊肿的手术治疗

Treatment of removal of maxillary sinus cyst by surgical procedures

目的：探讨手术摘除上颌窦囊肿不同径路的方法。方法：回顾分析我科2005年1月～2008年5月收治的55例上颌窦囊肿患者的临床资料。结果：所有患者囊肿均成功摘除，无严重并发症。随诊3个月～1年，无复发。结论：应用鼻内镜手术摘除囊肿创伤小，操作简便，效果良好，是治疗上颌窦囊肿安全、有效方法。

Objective：To explore the surgery way of removal of the maxillary sinus cyst.Methods：55 Cases with maxillary sinus cyst treated by surgical procedures were collected and analysed retrospectively.Results：All cases were successfully performed.There was no relapse in postoperative follow-up of three months to one year.Conclusion：The surgical procedure by which maxillary sinus cyst will be removed under nasal endoscopy is a convenient effecfive and safe technic.
