慢性胃炎伴抑郁和焦虑症100例临床分析

The clinical analysis of 100 cases chronic gastritis with depression and anxiety

目的：探讨伴有抑郁、焦虑症的慢性胃炎的病因、诊断与治疗等。方法：对100例明确诊断为慢性胃炎伴抑郁、焦虑症的患者，在内科治疗的同时抗抑郁、抗焦虑治疗，并在治疗前后分别进行SCL-90及HAMD、HAMA评定，结果统计分析。结果：治疗前后SCL-90及HAMD、HAMA评定比较差异有显著性。结论：伴有抑郁、焦虑症的慢性胃炎患者，内科治疗同时抗抑郁、抗焦虑治疗可明显改善其躯体症状及焦虑、抑郁评分。

Objective：To investigate the etiology,diagnoses and treatment for the chronic gastritis with depression and anxiety.Methods：100 chronic gastritis with depression and anxiety were treated with routine,anti-depression and anti-anxiety at the same time.The scores of Scl-90,HADM and HAMA was evaluated before and after the treatment.Results：There were significant difference between the scores of the Scl-90, HAMA,and HAMD before and after treatment.Conclusion：It is effective to treat chronic gastritis who with depression and anxiety with routine,anti-depression and anti-anxiety treatment.
