卫生执法监督制度是国家管理公共卫生事务的重要形式和手段。我国卫生执法监督制度主要包括公共卫生、健康相关产品、卫生机构与专业人员三个方面的监督管理。(1)卫生执法监督体制的基本状况;(2)现行卫生监督管理体制存在的主要问题;(3)改革目标和指导原则。
