摘要
轮轨接触点位置对于研究列车轮轨关系具有重要的意义。当列车运行时,由于车轮的旋转,接触点的测量非常困难。文章采用图像检测的方法,通过对轮轨图像进行预处理、边缘检测、形态学处理以及边缘链接得到轮轨边缘的轮廓,最终实现轮轨接触点位置的在线连续测量,建立以DSP为核心的轮轨接触点硬件和软件检测系统。
Wheel-rail contact points are very important to research the wheel-rail interaction. But when a train is running, it's quite difficult to detect them because of the rotation of wheeL This paper adopts the approach of image detection. By using image preprocessing, edge detecting, morphological processing and edge joint,we get the edge contours of the wheel and rail. Finally, the on-rail and continnous measurement for the wheel-rail contact points is realized. Also, a hardware detecting system and a software detecting system centering on DSP are estahlished.
