社区中精神分裂症患者社会功能缺陷调查分析

A Survey of Social Disability for Patients with Schizophrenia

目的了解社区中精神分裂症患者社会功能缺陷情况。方法在重庆市主城区,以CCMD-3精神分裂症诊断标准,再以社会功能缺陷量表作评定。结果258例精神分裂症患者均有不同程度的社会功能缺陷,其影响因素与年龄、性别、受教育程度、婚姻状况和家族史有关。结论精神分裂症患者即使经过充分治疗,仍残留一定的社会功能缺陷,在社区康复工作中,应对这类患者有重点、有针对性的实施必要的康复措施。

Objective To examines the social functioning of schizophrenic patients. Methods Patients with diagnosis of schizophrenia were assessed with the Social Diagnosis was based on CCMD-3 criteria. Results 100% patients showed impairment in social functioning, the degree if which was associated with age, gender, education, marriage and family history. Conclusion Although individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia got adequate therapy in institutional setting, impairment in social functioning was founded in patients. Future practice needs to focus on Community-based Rehabilitation（CBR） services.
