自制涂剂治疗小儿化疗后口腔溃疡的效果观察

Effect of Self-Made Epithem on Dental Ulcer in Acute Leukemia Children after Chemotherapy

目的观察自制涂剂用于急性白血病患儿化疗后口腔溃疡的护理效果。方法对60例住院化疗的急性白血病患儿随机分成对照组30例进行常规口腔护理组,观察组30例除进行常规口腔护理外加用自制涂剂凃搽口腔,观察其疗效及治疗时间。结果观察组显效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论自制口腔炎涂剂具有保护黏膜、消炎、止痛、促进上皮细胞再生等多方面作用,能改善化疗后口腔溃疡患儿的舒适度与缩短口腔溃疡的愈合时间,有一定的推广价值。

Objective To observe the effect of self-made epithem on dental ulcer in acute leukemia children after chemotherapy. Methods 60 acute leukemia children treated with chems in hospital were divide into control group（30 cases） and observation group（ 30 cases）. Two groups will both be carried out conventional mouth care, and in the observation group, self-made epithem was used. Results The effective rate of observation group exceeded the control group significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The time of therapy in observation group was shorter than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Self-made epithem has such effects as protecting mucosa, dephlogistication, odynolysis, promoting regenerantion of cellula epithelialis etc. It also can improve acute leukemia children＇ s dental ulcer and shorten healing time of dental ulcer. Therefore the self-made epithem has some generalization value.
