摘要
采用邻苯三酚自氧化法(325 nm)测定紫荆花色素清除.O2-、Fenton法测定清除.OH的能力。结果表明,紫荆花色素具有一定的还原性,但较传统抗氧化剂维生素C(VC)低;在样品浓度(湿重)为3.0 mg.mL-1时,对.O2-的清除率为28.08%,对.OH的清除率为74.39%;清除.OH的IC50为2.10 mg.mL-1,VC的仅为0.52 mg.mL-1,清除.OH的能力为VC的25%。紫荆花色素具有一定抗氧化性,具有进一步研究的价值。
Antioxidant activity of the extracts from flowers of Cercis chinensis Bunge. in vitro was studied. The scavenging abilities on superoxide anion radical( · O2^- ) and hydroxyl radical ( · OH) were measured by self-oxidation of 1,2,3-phentriolassay method(325 nm) and Fenton reactions. The extracts from flowers of Cercis chinensis Bunge. had antioxidant activity,but lower than VC; When the concentration of the extracts was 3. 0 mg· mL^-1 (wet weight) ,the scavenging rate for · OH and · O2^- was 74. 39% and 28. 08% respectively;In Fenton system, IC50 for · OH of the extracts was 2.10 mg· mL^-1 , which was only 25% of that of VC (0. 52 mg· mL^-1) . The extracts from flowers of Cercis chinensis Bunge. had antioxidant activity, and further study was necessary.
