摘要
调查发现宁德市蕉城区民办幼儿教师心理问题相当严重,其心理健康水平明显低于公办幼儿教师。解决民办幼儿教师心理问题不仅要依靠管理者合理、有效的管理,还要依靠幼儿教师本身提高素质,更要引起全社会的重视,帮助民办幼儿教师群体更好地发展。
This article analyses the representation, reasons and measures for psychological problems of teachers in staterun kindergartens in Jiaocheng district of Ningde. It is to offer some suggestions to resolve these problems and make this group develop well.
