摘要
目的首次建立火麻仁中大麻酰胺A的含量测定方法。方法采用Waters C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(22:78)为流动相;流速:1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长:257nm。结果大麻酰胺A的线性范围0.1~0.50μg(r=0.9996);加样回收率为101.16%,RSD=1.63%(n=6)。结论该法操作简便、准确、重复性好,可用于火麻仁的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of Cannabisin A in fruits of Cannabis Sativa. Methods The HPLC system consisted of Waters column Cls (250 mm× 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) ; acetonitrile -0. 1% phosphoric acid (22 : 78) as the mobile phase; flow rate was 1.0 mL · min 1. It was detected at 257 nm. Results The linear range of Cannabisin A was 0. 1-0.50 μg, r=0. 999 6; the mean recovery was 101.16%, RSD= 1.63% (n=6) . Conclusion This method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility. It is suitable for the quality control of fruits of Cannabis Sativa.
