掌叶大黄不同炮制品指纹图谱与其止血作用的灰关联度分析 被引量:45

摘要 目的确定掌叶大黄不同炮制品指纹图谱特征峰所代表的化学成分对其止血作用贡献大小顺序,为建立"指纹图谱与药效关联"的中药质量控制模式提供理论依据和数据支持。方法用HPLC法研究掌叶大黄不同炮制品水提取物指纹图谱;用小鼠剪尾尖法研究其止血作用;用灰关联度分析方法研究其谱效关系。结果掌叶大黄不同炮制品的止血作用是其所有化学成分共同作用的结果,各特征峰所代表的各化学成分(以特征峰编号作为该特征峰所代表的化学成分名称)对其止血作用贡献的大小顺序为:4>1>8>2>31>29>18>39>17>15。结论掌叶大黄不同炮制品指纹图谱与其止血作用之间有一定的对应关系。 Objective To investigate the correlation between fingerprint and hemostatic function of Rheum palmatum L. , and to provide both theory and data basis for an innovative approach of quality control of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods HPLC was introduced to analyze Rheum palmatum L. samples extracted by distilled water from 4 processed products of Rheum palmatum L. Blood coagulation and hemostatic were observed using glass capillary method and tail tip break method. Correlation between fingerprint and hemostatic function of Rheum palmatum L. was identified using grey relational analysis. Results Chemical components representing a contribution to pharmacy dynamics were ordered by representative spectrum 4〉1〉8〉2〉31〉29〉18〉39〉17〉15 for hemostatic function. Conclusion Different processed products of Rheum palmatum L, have different patterns of fingerprints, which to some extent are linked to hemostatic function.
