摘要
食品行业是我国国民经济发展的支柱产业,对国民经济运行和市场经济发展都有非常重要的影响。加快食品工业的发展,确保食品安全,是国家可持续发展战略的重要选择。2008年以"三鹿奶粉事件"为导火索,食品行业出现了很多问题,对食品企业的可持续发展产生了不良影响。作为食品企业该如何做到可持续发展,本文在阐述我国食品大企业发展现状的基础上分析了食品行业面临的问题,对此从企业、政府、社会三个层面提出了相应的解决对策和建议。
Food industry is a pillar industry in China's economic development, very important for the operation of the national economy and the development of market economy. It is an important choice in China's sustainable development strategy to speed up the development of the food industry and ensure food security. "Sanlu milk powder incident" has revealed a lot of problems in the food industry in 2008, which have a negative impact on the sustainable development of food enterprises. Having expatiated the current development in China's large food enterprises, this article analyses the problems facing the food industry and proposes some measures and suggestions in terms of business, government and social dimensions.
