发展和完善我国石油期货市场的对策与建议

Countermeasures and Proposals for Developing and Improving Oil Futures Market in China

石油是重要的能源与基础性产品,与国民经济有着及其密切的关系。我国是世界石油生产和消费大国,却无力制衡国际油价。要改善这种状况,我们必须通过建立属于自己的石油期货市场体系,来融入国际石油定价体系。文章分析了我国石油期货市场存在的问题及发展和完善的可行性,并提出若干对策和建议。

Petroleum is an important energy and a foundational product, having a close relationship with the national economy. China is a country with a large oil production and consnmption in the world, but incapable of keeping the international oil price in balance. To improve this condition, we must establish an oil futures market system, integrating it into the international petroleum price system. This paper analyzes problems and feasibility of developing and improving an oll futures market in our country, and puts forward countermeasures and proposals.
