摘要
从分子生物学到系统生物学实现了由还原论向整体论的转变。整体论的研究理念与方式开始渗透到生命科学研究的各个领域,并对整个生命科学的发展起着重要的推动作用。但整体论不可能是一种纯粹的整体论,而应该是兼容还原论的整体论。
The rise of systemsbiology is a typical revolution of paradigm.The core of the revolution is the transition that from reductionism to paradigm. The idea of holism begin to infiltrate into all areas of lifescience research and improveit. But holism cannot he a purely holism, it should contain the methods of reductionism.
