The society,as a kind of complex advanced system,has different properies and characteristics which is different from natursl system.The socialist harmonious society system is not exceptional,and it has its own specific epochal connotation and characteristec,To construct the socialism harmonious society,we have to set up scientific system thinking on development,and to persist in the practice reform and open policy principle,people oriented development principle,whole coordinated development principle,democracy and the legal construction principle and self-conscious well-regulated control principle.
