砷胁迫对苗期水稻光合生理的影响 被引量:7

摘要 以水稻品种汕优63为材料,在田间土培条件种植下,采用不同浓度、不同形态砷溶液处理,探讨砷对苗期水稻光合生理特性的影响。结果表明,砷处理后降低了水稻光合作用参数(净光合速率、细胞间隙CO2浓度、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、气孔限制值、叶绿素含量等),且随着砷浓度的升高,其参数下降幅度增大。水稻形态指标测定结果表明,砷处理导致水稻根长、株高增长缓慢,植株干质量积累减少。同时本研究还发现不同形态砷(无机砷、有机砷)处理水稻后,以无机砷对水稻光合特性的影响作用较大。 Rice accession, Shanyou 63, was used as a test material to investigate the photosynthesis physiological of rice seedling under different arsenic species treatment. The results showed that the photosynthesis parameter of rice seedling, such as net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, intercellular CO2 concentration, stomatal limitation, chlorophyl content et al, were all decreased with the increasing concentrations of arsenics. The root length, plant height, and dry weight of rice seedling were also decreased. Simultaneously, the study also found that inorganic arsenics showed its stronger effect than organic arsenic on the photosynthesis of rice seedling exposed to arsenic stress.
