摘要
采用单因素试验和正交试验,以提取物中色素含量为考察指标,对枸杞色素提取过程中的皂化处理进行了研究。结果表明,各因素的影响程度依次为:皂化温度>NaOH质量分数>皂化液与枸杞干果果肉的比例(液料比)>皂化时间。确定了枸杞皂化处理的最佳条件为:皂化温度40℃,NaOH质量分数1.0%,液料比4:1,皂化时间40min。
The single factors and orthogonal test design was adopted to study the saponification in the course of extracting pigment from fructus lycii guided by the content of the pigment extract. The results show that the successive order of factors were: saponification tempreture〉concentration of alkali〉liquid-sample ratio〉saponification time. The optimum saponification conditions were saponification tempreture 40 ℃, concentration of NaOH 1.0%, liquid-sample ratio 4 : 1 and time 40 min.
