摘要
介绍了膜分离技术在乳品工业中的应用范围,同时从理论上阐述了膜分离技术微滤、超滤、纳滤与反渗透在乳品除菌、乳蛋白质的分离浓缩、分离脂肪、乳清脱盐、牛奶浓缩、乳品标准化,以及乳品生产企业废水回收等方面的应用。
In this paper, it is introduced that the applications of membrane separation technology in dairy industry, while in theory expounded membrane separation technology （MF／UF／NF／RO） in the application of milk degerming, separation and condensation of lactoproteid, protein separation, whey desalinization, milk condensation, milk standardization and recovery of waste water from dairy plant, and so on.
