摘要
介绍了国内外苹果汁加工废弃物的开发利用现状,阐明了苹果汁加工废弃物综合开发利用的意义。苹果汁加工废弃物可以用来生产饲料、果胶和柠檬酸等副产品。对苹果汁加工废弃物仍缺乏系统深入的研究,其高附加值产品亟待开发。
The present situation and the significance of developing and utilization of rejectamenta after apple juice process were introduced in this paper. Many products could be developed from apple rejectamenta, such as fiber, pectin, citric acid and so on. However, systematic and thorough reseach is still needed in this fieht, high value-added products are urgently needed to be developed.
