牛乳中含有几乎人体所需的全部营养素及具有保健功能的生物活性物质,随着我国人民生活水平的不断提高,乳品已逐渐成为人们的日常食品,乳品安全随之就成了制约乳业发展的瓶颈。
Milk contains almost all the nutrients and healthy biologically active substances, with the rising of people's living standards, dairy products have gradually become the people's daily food, and the dairy safety become a bottleneck which constraint the dairy industry to develop.
