中西医结合治疗突发性耳聋72例分析

Analysis of 72 cases of sudden deafness by TCM combined wih western medicine

目的观察中西医结合治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法138例患者随机分为2组,中西医组72例在西药三磷酸腺苷、辅酶A、胞二磷胆碱治疗的基础上,加用补肾益气、活血化瘀的中药(柴胡、丹参、龙胆草、钩藤、党参、当归、石菖蒲、川芎、葛根、天麻、香附、黄柏、夏枯草)治疗。结果耳聋疗效比较,总有效率中西医组为87.3%,西医组为63.4%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗突发性耳聋疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗。

Objective To observe the curative effect of TCM combined with western medicine（WM） for sudden deafness （SD）. Methods One hundred and thirty-eight patients were allocated to two groups randomly. TCM combined with WM group（72 cases）were treated by adenosine triphosphate, coenzyme A and cytidine diphosphate choline and Chinese herbal drugs with actions of invigorating kidney. In addition, activating blood circulation and removing blood-stasis, including radix bupleuri, radices salviae miltiorrhizae, radix puerariae, rhizoma gastrodiae, gamulus uncariae cure uncis, rhizoma acori tatarinowii, etc. WM group （66 cases）were treated by WM alone. Results The total effective rate of deafness was 87.3% in TCM combined with WM group and 63.4% in WM group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The chinese herbal drugs combined with WM possess a good effect for SD and is superior to WM alone.
