摘要
目的探讨眩晕宁对椎一基底动脉供血不足（vertebrobasilar in sufficiency，VBI）患者血浆内皮素的影响。方法将60例VBI患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，其中对照组口服尼莫地平，治疗组在对照组基础上加服眩晕宁片。另选择同期年龄在40岁以上的30例正常人为健康对照组，不做任何治疗。治疗后分别采用放射免疫法测定健康对照组、对照组、治疗组血浆内皮素的变化。结果治疗组可降低血浆内皮素水平，较对照组、健康对照组有显著性差异（分别为P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论眩晕宁可能通过降低血浆内皮素水平，对椎一基底动脉供血不足有治疗作用。
Objective To explore the effects of Xuan Yun Ning on the plasma endothelin in patients with vertebrobasilar ischemla. Methods 60 cases of vertebrobasila ischemia were randomly recruited into a treatment group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group. The contiol group was treated with Nimodipin, and the treatment group was treated with Xuan Yun Ning plus Nimodipin. Another 30 healthy persons whose age is more than 40 years were recruited for a healthy control group without any treatment. The alterations of plasma endothelin were measured by radiation immunological test in the treatment group, the control group, and the healthy control group. Results The elevated plasma endothefin was significantly decreased in treatment group than the control group and the healthy control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xuan Yun Ning improves the blood volume by lowering the level of plasma endothelin and thus treats patients with vertebrobasilar ischemia.
