摘要
目的观察养阴清肺汤治疗喉源性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法将127例喉源性咳嗽患者随机分为两组，治疗组采用养阴清肺汤治疗：对照组口服蓝芩口服液，两组均治疗7d为1个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为87．69％；对照组总有效率为58．46％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论养阴清肺汤治疗喉源性咳嗽有效。
Objective To observe clinical efficacy of Yangyin Qingfei Decoction on laryngeal cough. Methods 127 cases with laryngeal cough were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was treated with Yangyin Qingfei Decoction and the control group was treated with Lanqing oral solution. Both groups were treated for a course of treatment of 7 days. Results The total effective rate of was 87.69%and 58.46 % in the treatment group and the control group respectively, showing significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yangyin Qingfei Decoction is effective in treating laryngeal cough.
