复方田七胃痛胶囊治疗消化性溃疡80例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 80 Cases of Petptic Ulcer Treated with Complex Tianqi Weitong Capulse

目的观察复方田七胃痛胶囊治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将163例患者随机分为治疗组80例和对照组83例，治疗组以复方田七胃痛胶囊治疗，对照组口服法莫替丁、甲硝唑治疗。结果治疗组消化性溃疡的总有效率较对照组有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；部分症状、体征消退的时间治疗组较对照组明显缩短（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论复方田七胃痛胶囊治疗消化性溃疡有效。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of treating petptic ulcer with Complex Tianqi Weitong Capulse. Methods 163 cases of petptic ulcer were randomly divided into a treatment group with 80 cases and a control group with 83 cases. The treatment group was given Complex Tianqi Weitong Capulse, and the control group was treated with Famotidine and Metronidazole. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group （P〈0.05） ; the extinctive time of some clinical symptoms and physical signs in the treatment group were shorter than that in the control group（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Conclusion Complex Tianqi Weitong Capulse is effective in treating peptic ulcer.
