摘要
通过厨余垃圾的工业分析,发现其挥发分比例较高,适合热解利用;采用热重分析方法分析了不同条件下厨余垃圾的热解特性,提出了厨余垃圾两段式热解转化利用的思路,得出了厨余垃圾热解的合适工艺条件。在自行设计建造的一段回转炉、二段焦化罐中对厨余垃圾热解,并分析了产物的组成和性质。
The industrial analysis indicated that it is suitable to make use of food residue by means of pyrolysis due to its high proportional volatile elements. The thermogravimetric tests of food residue were also implemented under different heating conditions,and a method of transferring and using food residue by two-segments pyrolysis is proposed in this paper. Based on the test results, the optimal pyrolysis condition of the food residue was obtained. The pyrolysis of food residue was conducted in self-designed laboratory-scale rotary furnace and coke-cracking pot, and the composition and characteristics of products were also analyzed.
