摘要
茶文化与生态文化有紧密联系。这是因为茶叶的生产、销售、消费具有地缘性、原生态性、时间性、流通性、社会性、市场性、政策性及文化性等诸多特点。这些都和生态环境息息相关。21世纪茶生态的突出动向有两方面:一是以茶带动经济发展,二是以茶推进休闲文化产业。因此,笔者认为应当考虑创建一门茶生态学,通过这门新学科,可推进学术研究,利于茶产业的持续发展。
Tea culture is closely related to ecological culture, since the production, sale, consumption of tea possesses many features such as geographical, protoecological, temporal, current, social, market, policy, and culture and so on, which are all related to ecological environment. The two prominent tendencies of tea-ecology in the 21th century are the following. One is that the tea gives impetus to the development of economy, the other is that the tea promotes the development of entertainment culture. Therefore, the paper advocates that a new discipline of tea-ecology should be established, which can improve the academic research on tea and is helpful to the sustainable development of tea industry.
