大众化背景下个性化人才培养与板块课程设置

Individualized talents training and module courses design under background of popularization of higher education

论述了我国高教大众化发展中所出现的问题,认为高等教育在从精英到大众化的发展过程中,由于时间短,不论是社会、政府、民众还是高校本身都未能做好充分的准备,从而使培养出来的人才在知识结构与专业技能上与经济社会发展的需求存在差距。为了使我国高等教育大众化适应经济社会的发展需要,文章提出了人才的个性化培养与板块课程的设置问题,并就相关问题进行了讨论、提出了建议。

This paper discussed the problems about the development of popularization of higher education in our country, considered in the development process for the higher education from elite to popular, not only the society, government, demos, but also the universities do not make adequate preparations due to a short time. So that the gap has been existed between the talents who are trained with knowledge structure and professional skills and the needs of economic and social development. In order to adapt to the popularization of higher education in China＇s economic and social development, this paper has posed the questions for the personalized training and module courses design, discussed the related issues, and put forward proposals.
