摘要
中西方古代,师生互动中的教师公正问题就已蕴含在公正思想的探讨中。其中,以苏格拉底、孔子等人的有关论述最具代表性。近代学者对于天赋人权、自由、平等等学说进行了充分的论证,对师生互动中教师公正的实现有很大的启发意义。在现当代,学者把师生互动中的教师公正研究全面地向前推进了一大步,成为了一门显学。
In ancient times of China and foreign countries, the research of teacher's justice in teachers contact with students is injustice discussion, especially thoughts related with Socrates and Confucius. In latter-day, researchers focused on inherence human rights, freedom, and equality and so on, which have hints to teacher's justice practice. In modem times, there are great progresses of teacher's justice study, which become a specialty.
