采购是企业产品增值过程的起点,采购管理对于降低供应链总成本、确保产品质量、缩短运作周期具有非常重要的意义。现代管理中强调优化决策的作用。从需求时段的划分以及订货优化模型使用与否的角度,来探讨采购优化问题。文章提出了采用日为单位划分需求时段,由此优化方法对采购管理带来了成本降低的优势。

Purchase is the beginning of enterprise product increment process ; it also has much significance of reducing the supply chain total cost, guarantying the product quality, reducing the operation cycle. Modem management emphasizes the effect of optimization decision ; hence, this paper discusses purchase optimization from requirement period division and order optimization model. It uses day to divide requirement period, compares and analyses the advantages of reducing purchase cost based on this new method.
