摘要
目的：观察清热解毒补肾方治疗SLE肾模型鼠的疗效。方法：80只小鼠随机分为3个试验组和1个对照组，腹腔注射细菌脂多糖（LPS）2．5mg／kg制造SLE模型鼠，3个试验组在造模后24小时分别给予中药清热解毒补肾方（B）、泼尼松（C）、中药＋泼尼松（D）灌胃治疗，对照组（A）给予蒸馏水灌胃。15天后观察各组死亡率，24小时尿蛋白含量和抗核抗体检测。结果：与A组相比，试验组的死亡率、24小时尿蛋白和血清ANA的滴度均明显低于对照组（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。D组血清ANA的滴度又明显低于B组（P〈0．01）。结论：中药清热解毒补肾方对SLE有治疗作用。
Objective： To evaluate the effects of Qingrejiedubushen recipe on murine lupus nephritis model. Methods： The murine nephritis model was established by intraperitoneal lipopolysaccharides injection. Eighty mice were divided into three experimental groups and one control group： Qingrejiedubushen recipe （group B）, prednisone （group C）, Qingrejiedubushen recipe plus prednisone （group D） and distilled water （group A）. At 24 h urine protein content and antinuclear antibody were measured and mortality rate was counted at day 15. Results： Compared with group A, the mortality, content of protein in 24 h urine, and serum antinuclear antibody were remarkably decreased in all experimental groups. The result in the group combined traditional Chinese medicine with prednisone was better than that in group B. Conclusion： Qingrejiedubushen recipe is effective in the treatment of murine lupus nephritis.
