血液净化中抗凝药物的应用进展 被引量：1

摘要 血液净化有效抗凝是确保血液净化治疗顺利进行的前提，滤器凝血不仅会增加治疗费用和护理人员的工作量，更重要的是会降低治疗效率、影响患者预后。普通肝素（UFH）是血液净化过程巾最常用的抗凝剂，使用简便、经济，但其潜在的副作用（如出血和肝素诱导的血小板减少症），促使人们寻求新抗凝方法。本文将血液净化抗凝方法做一综述。
