本文认为放活地矿部门小企业是改革与发展的需要，文章探讨了放活地矿部门小企业的几种形式及相关的配套政策措施。
Abstract The paper expounds that it is the demand of reform and development to loosen and enliven small enterprise in the department of geology and mineral resources,and it approaches a few forms and relevant supporting measures of loosening and enlivening the small enterprise in the department of geology and mineral resources.
