摘要
本文认为，地矿部门改革应进一步解放思想，积极探索地勘单位公有制的多种实现形式。文章探讨了在推进产权制度改革的过程中应注意的几个问题。
Abstract The paper considers the reform in the department of geological and mineral re- sources should further emancipate the mind, actively approach many kinds of form realizing public owership of geological prospecting units. The paper also apprach a few problems should be noticed in the course of pushing forward the reform of property right system.
