文章对地勘单位财务管理的现状、存在的问题及其原因进行了分析，文章作者就如何完善地勘单位财务约束机制提出了自己的看法和建议。
Abstract The article analyses present conditions, existent problem and reason of finan- cial management in geological prospecting units.The author puts forward his views and sugges- tion on how to perfect financial binding mechanism in geological prospecting units.
