摘要
本文认为：对地勘单位现有多种经营企业实行职工持股、股份合作制，是为企业生存与发展进行改革的一条新路子。文章对其特征作了论述，对基本做法。
Abstract:The paper considers it is a new way for existence and development of enterprises to carry on share cooperative system and staff and workers holding share in present enterprises of diversified economy in geological prospecting units. The paper also discusses its character and puts forward relevant countermeasure for fundamental method and operation or management.
