本文根据我国有关法律规范，阐述了矿业权主体财产所有权形式、国家收益权的来源；探讨了所有权的经济实现形式。
Abstract: According to relevant law standard in our country, the paper expounds the form of property owner-ship and source of national income right, that are main part of mining property; And it approaches the realized form of owner-ship and economic character of land property and mining property.
