Abstract: The paper conduct useful exploratory about how to push forward strategical structural adjustment, carry out the strategy of big company or enterprise group and big company bring along small company and superior company bring along inferior company, and speed up economic development of whole geological prospecting. The author also puts forward his views about grasping big enterprises.
