汽车发动机冷却风扇是汽车发动机冷却系统中非常重要的零部件。通过一个具体实例,讨论了利用商业CFD软件进行汽车发动机冷却风扇的流场计算,并最终得到风扇性能数据的一种方法,从而实现对风扇性能的初步检验,降低生产风险,提高设计效率。

Engine coohng fan is a very important component in automobile cooling system.this paper base on a actual instance,discuss a new method using commercial CFD software to compute the flow field of cooling fan,and finally get the performance data.so we can achieve a primary test with the performance of the fan, consequently reduce the production risks and improve the design efficiency.
