还原大红R的电化学还原及其染色工艺的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 以贵金属氧化涂层网状钛电极为阳极(在阳极电解池中加入35g/LH2SO4作为电解质);Cu为阴极{在阴极电解池中加入六水硫酸铁〔Fe2(SO4)3·6H2O〕、三乙醇胺(TEA)、NaOH作为还原染液};Ag/AgCl电极为参比电极组成电解装置进行还原大红R染料(0.2g/L)的电化学还原染色。最佳还原染色工艺为:还原〔Fe2(SO4)3·6H2O5g/L,TEA30g/L,NaOH13g/L,外加电压5V,阴极面积30cm2,40℃〕→染色(40℃,70min,浴比1∶100)→在空气中自然氧化(15min)→冷水洗→皂洗(90℃,15min)→水洗→烘干。该工艺条件下染色织物的△K/S值为0.059,说明还原大红R电化学还原染色工艺的染色织物匀染性良好。 The electrochemical reduction of vat scarlet R (0.2g/L) was carried out in electrolytic equipment with noble-metal oxidized-coated reticulate titanium electrode as the anode, Cu as the cathode, and Ag/AgCI electrode as the reference electrode.The factors affecting the process were studied and the optimal reduction dyeing pro-cess was given.
